Our Traditionally Handcrafted Beers
The Wild Bull Brewery features traditionally handcrafted beers brewed from a variety of malt and hops. This process is reflected in our beers which are full bodied and deep coloured in appearance but easy drinking – perfect for that weekend discovery. All our beers are preservative and additive free.

Our Amber Ale has a deep amber colour with an off-white head. Enjoy a strong caramel taste with some bitterness at the finish. It is a bold beer without the heaviness. 4.8% abv.

The Irish are well known for their red colouring and this is no exception. The Irish Ale is a deep reddish amber in colour with an off-white head. It is an easy drinking full-bodied malty ale with slight buttery overtones which create a honey aroma and flavour. 5.0% abv.

The Irish Special has the great flavour of our Irish Ale but with a twist. This beer has been gassed with Nitrogen instead of the traditional CO2. The Irish Special Ale is a deep reddish amber in colour with an off-white head. It is an easy drinking full-bodied malty ale with slight buttery overtones which create a honey aroma and flavour. 5.0% abv.

The Bitter is our most popular beer with its golden amber appearance and a moderate white head. It has medium bitterness, which doesn’t overpower the caramel malt flavour, slight fruity esters and floral hop undertones. It makes this beer satisfying on a hot day. 3.5% abv.

The Wild Bull Stout is almost black in colour with a creamy head. It consists of roasted grain aromas with lightly burnt chocolate/coffee notes giving the beer a slightly dry and bitter flavour. It is full-flavoured with a smooth creamy texture. 5.8% abv.
